As a Schools’ Choice HR customer you have accesses to model policies, procedures and supporting documents intended to support your schools HR processes. These include 'Attendance and Absence', 'Employee Complaints', 'Equalities and Family Friendly Rights', 'Managing Performance', 'Organisational Change', 'Pay, Grading Job Descriptions and Benefits' and 'Recruitment and Safeguarding'.
